FRAMEFORWARD is a Community Interest Company (CIC) founded in London with a clear mission: to connect underserved young people to creative industries, technology, mentorship, and real opportunity. We build bridges into spaces that were never designed with them in mind.
Through international programme routes spanning five continents, we deliver hands-on experiences in music, film, fashion, digital media, and emerging technologies like AI. Every programme is designed around inclusion, access, and lasting impact.
To break down barriers and open doors for underserved young people by providing access to global creative and tech industries through hands-on programmes, mentorship, and international partnerships.
We work directly with communities, schools, and industry partners to create pathways that are practical, culturally relevant, and transformative. No gatekeeping — just open doors.
From the Lake District to Lagos, Madrid to Beijing — FrameForward aims to build a global network connecting young people to opportunities that transform careers and lives.
Currently operating in the UK. Global expansion represents our long-term vision.
Every programme we run is built around measurable change. From digital literacy workshops in Africa to creative wellness retreats in Northern England, our impact is felt in communities that need it most.
Hundreds of young people connected to creative industries, technology training, and professional mentorship through our global programme routes.
Collaborations with studios, tech hubs, schools, and community organisations across five continents to deliver real-world experiences.
Digital literacy workshops, mentorship circles, and community-led projects that create lasting networks and sustainable change.
Connecting young talent to film sets, music studios, fashion houses, AI labs, and podcast networks — creating professional portfolios and career pathways.
FrameForward supports young people who may feel disconnected from opportunity. Through creativity, skills development, mentorship and real-world experience, they progress toward becoming confident creators, innovators and leaders.
Participants earn Creative Credits through workshops, challenges, projects and collaboration. These credits unlock new opportunities as they progress through the programme.
Whether you are a young person looking for opportunity, an organisation wanting to partner, or someone who wants to support our mission — there is a place for you at FRAMEFORWARD.
